The idea of this app is great, but if its going to go anywhere, the developers need to step up their game. Needed features are sorely missing, and the development team is not responsive to both individual and community feedback on current features and requested ones. For example, the app does not notify users of a vote until nearly a month after it happens. This needs to be fixed. The app also does not include a way to read a bill, only its summary. This needs to be added. So far the developers have shown little dedication to building out the app and fulfilling its potential. Dont expect much support if you use it.

I absolutely love this app! This one deserves EVERYONE to use it!

If you like to keep up with votes of your state & federal representatives, this is a great app. It also facilitates contacting a particular senator or representative directly from the app. The plain English descriptions of the bills voted on are concise and easily understood. Great stuff.

Great app, helps keep track of congressman actions!

I love this app! First of all one becomes very aware of the kinds of things our legislators are voting on. Secondly it makes contacting our representatives very easy and third the app shows you how if ones opinions are in sync with a particular representative.

I was very excited to get this app, but my enthusiasm has since waned. I know there have been many votes taken in my state legislature recently, but Ive received no updates for a couple weeks. (It would help if theyd include the dates that votes were taken.) then I see that they dont claim to track all votes, just "key" ones. Problem is whats key to me might not be key for them. All of which makes the app only moderately useful.

Not crazy about this. I think its more about getting my info than me getting info about the people who work for us. Im deleting

Its ok for what it does, but Im not impressed with the developers definition of "key votes". The votes on the federal budget arent key votes? The votes to disband my states government accountability board (who keep fraud out of elections and do recounts) isnt a key vote? If I found something better Id switch, but this is the best available for now.

This app makes it really easy to keep informed on how your districts politicians are voting. It also includes contact information for those politicians, which is useful as well.

This app is very helpful as it lets me know how those who represent me voted on the issues

Great concept. Its a way to stay connected with the people weve put in office and to hold them accountable to doing the job we hired them to do. I noticed some of my elected officials are NOT voting at all or voting differently then I would. This tool allows you to see their record and compare to your view on the issue. This will let you see if you want to put them in office again. Accountability, accountability, accountability. Lots of room for growth and opportunity to enhance. I believe this will soon be the app to communicate with our officials users will be demanding features faster than developers will be able to keep up. Strongly recommend it!

It is easy to use but as another review mentioned it has an embedded bias. I am not entirely clear what the full dimensions of the bias are; but I live in a heavily democratic district, agree with my legislators votes and find my self in a minority on this app. That speaks for itself. On the other hand it is easy for me to send atta boys to my representatives for the good job they are doing representing my interests.

This is very informative it let you know how representatives voted on bills and direct ways to contact them a must have !!!!!

I love the idea however the votes are posted so late its useless!

Its nice to see who is voting for what.

I have encouraged everyone I can to us this APP it is the perfect solution to my long time search for voting information on my representatives.

Only suggestion: Add a comments/discussion section for each vote

I have always kept up with the legislature and the congress but it was usually several days after the fact and filtered by the press. Not any more with V S. I tell all my people about it no matter there politics.

This is good for as far as it goes but an option to track the Presidential Candidates would be great. We would be able to see who and how the Presidential Candidates are voting to help with inform those who elect our next President.

I wondered about some of the descriptions of the bills, they didnt seem quite right. Now today in the Free Press, a full description of SB 571 was presented: it doubles the amount a PAC can contribute to a campaign. I read the bill description on this app and its about union members requiring a yearly update for charitable contributions. NOT REMOTELY CLOSE to the damage this bill does. Signed yesterday. Im done with this dishonest app!
